I arrived in Port Douglas in 1994 where I began exploring the themes of fossils, fire and water. Through these evocative images my intention is to capture the vibrancy of fire and the subtleties of water – fire being the trigger for new growth; water the sustaining element for all growth.

Fossils are mysteries of an ancient past. I developed a series making visible the invisible, to expose those hidden treasures.
